Access & site requirements
What you need to know before your delivery or pickup arrives.
Vehicle access
Ensure the delivery truck can reach your property. Standard deliveries use a rigid truck — clear driveway access or street-front drop required. Let us know in advance if access is restricted.
Delivery issues
Inspect all packaging on arrival. If anything is damaged, photograph it before signing and contact us within 3 days. Freight is insured by the carrier — we coordinate the claim on your behalf.
Tracking
Tracking is available for team deliveries on the day of delivery. For freight deliveries, you receive a consignment number after dispatch. Call us for status updates or use Order Tracking.
Someone on site
We recommend having someone on site at delivery to check the order and sign the consignment note. If no one is available, delivery will be left at the kerbside at your risk.
Unload
Standard deliveries are flat-packed and hand-unloaded to kerbside. For large pallet orders, a forklift or extra help on site may be required. Let us know when ordering so we can arrange the right transport.
Click & Collect
Pickup from Kingston or Sunshine Coast warehouses, Mon–Fri 6:30am–5:00pm. Ready within 1–24 hours depending on order size. Bring ID and order number — we load your vehicle. Flat pack standard, pallet wrap available by request.
All deliveries are insured through the freight carrier. If damage occurs during transit, we handle the claim process — just photograph the damage and contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Panels are up to 2.4m long and ship flat-packed in protective wrapping. Posts and rails are bundled separately. Everything is designed to fit a standard ute tray or trailer for depot pickups.
Orders dispatch from Kingston (Brisbane) or Chevallum (Sunshine Coast) — whichever is closer to your delivery address. Two locations mean faster dispatch and shorter transit times across Australia.
