Privacy

The tallest fence in the range at 2m. Full tongue-and-groove panels with zero gaps – complete seclusion from neighbours and passersby.

Safety

2m height is within Brisbane Council Regulations, please double-check your local council regulations. Closed-top picket design eliminates footholds and keeps children and pets fully enclosed.

Noise reduction

Maximum panel height means maximum sound blocking. Ideal next to pools, entertaining areas, busy roads, and neighbouring properties.

Durability

100% virgin PVC, UV-stabilised. No moisture absorption, no termites, no rotting. 30-year warranty on discolouration, warping, and structural defects.

Aesthetics

Closed-top picket finish at 2m creates a commanding, elegant boundary. Clean white colour suits both modern and traditional homes.

Strength

8 tongue-and-groove boards per panel with U-channel edging and aluminium-reinforced bottom rails. Routed post system – no exposed fasteners or brackets.

Overview

At 2 metres, the Queen Victoria is the tallest full privacy panel QFS supplies. It stands 20cm above the standard Victoria (1.8m) and 10cm above the Lady Jane (1.9m), providing the maximum screening height available in PVC fencing. Tongue-and-groove boards interlock without gaps across the full panel height, blocking sightlines, wind, and noise more effectively than any shorter panel in the range. The extra height suits properties on busy roads, blocks with elevated neighbours, and any boundary where standard-height fencing leaves a gap at the top. Aluminium-reinforced rails handle the additional wind load that comes with a taller panel. Posts are 127×127mm with pre-routed channels, and matching gates are available in single, double, and sliding configurations.

Maximum height, maximum privacy

Two metres is as tall as residential PVC fencing goes. The Queen Victoria covers the full height in solid tongue-and-groove panels with no gaps, no pickets, and no open sections. For properties on main roads, near commercial zones, or with elevated neighbours looking down into the yard, the Queen Victoria eliminates sightlines that shorter fences leave exposed. The 20cm difference over a standard 1.8m panel is visible and practical.

Noise reduction along the boundary

Solid PVC panels act as a sound barrier along the fence line. The taller the panel, the more effective the screening. At 2 metres the Queen Victoria blocks noise from road traffic, neighbouring properties, and commercial activity more effectively than any other fence in the range. It will not eliminate sound entirely, but the reduction is noticeable, particularly for ground-level noise sources like vehicles and air conditioning units.

Engineered for the extra height

The Queen Victoria’s aluminium-reinforced rails and 127×127mm posts are sized to handle the additional load that comes with an extra 20cm of solid panel face. The tongue-and-groove construction distributes force across the full panel width rather than concentrating it on individual boards. UV-stabilised PVC will not weaken or become brittle over time, so the structural performance stays consistent year after year.

Street-facing boundaries and busy roads

The Queen Victoria suits street-facing rear boundaries on corner blocks, properties backing onto main roads, and any fence line where maximum height delivers a real benefit. For standard residential boundaries where 1.8m provides enough privacy, the Victoria is the more economical option. The Lady Jane sits between the two at 1.9m with a decorative mid-rail. All three use the same tongue-and-groove construction and UV-stabilised PVC.
