By accessing pvcfencingspecialists.example or purchasing our goods/services, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

“We/Us” means PVC Fencing Specialists (ABN if applicable). “Site” means our website and online tools. “Goods” means PVC fence panels, posts, gates, motors, accessories, and related items. “Services” means installation, delivery, support, and related services.

You must be 18+ or have guardian consent. Do not misuse the Site, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.

Product specs may change without notice. Images are illustrative. Pricing is in AUD unless stated. We may correct errors, including after order submission.

Orders are offers to buy. We may accept or decline. Full payment may be required before dispatch/installation. You are responsible for accurate site information and measurements unless we provide a site check in writing.

Delivery windows are indicative. Risk passes on delivery or pickup. You must ensure safe site access. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery, wait time, or special equipment.

Eligible returns require prior authorisation and goods in resaleable condition. Custom items and used goods are not returnable except as required by law. See Returns & Exchanges for full process.

Manufacturer warranty applies to eligible goods against defects under normal use. Installation and maintenance must follow our guides. See Warranty for scope, periods, and claims.

All content, trademarks, drawings, CAD/DWG, BOM logic, and calculators are our IP or licensed to us. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell without written permission.

By submitting reviews, photos, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use and display such content in connection with the Site and our business.

• Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Interference with calculators, maps, BOM or pricing logic.
• Uploading malware, scraping, or automated bulk extraction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and content are provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to re-supply of the goods/services or the cost of such re-supply. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

You indemnify us against losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
